In the converter, the power switch assumes the function of switching and regulating the current, and at the same time generates certain power losses. These power switching losses mainly include conduction losses and cut-off losses. The conduction loss refers to the power loss generated when the power switch conducts, and the cut-off loss refers to the power loss generated when the power switch cuts off.
